Früher gab es keine Vorschriften, was in die Wurst kommt, es war also egal.
Und die Metzger steckten nur zerkleinerte Schlachtabfälle in die Höhlen aus Blasen, Magen oder Darmhaut.
Eine andere Theorie bezieht sich auf die beiden Enden der Wurst.
Sie sehen ja bekanntermaßen identisch aus, dadurch ist es auch vollkommen egal, in welches Ende der Wurstliebhaber zuerst beißt.
